People
Below are photos of my acrylic art on canvas created in 2011 following Japan's earthquake and tsunami. At the time, I was not certain of what purpose this would serve. However, the faces of the people and the destruction caused by the disaster reminds us of how delicate our world is. It is important to be thankful for what we have and to always help those in need.
In addition, we should always remember how natural disasters affect families and friends, including our precious resources and fragile environment.
Places and Things
There are so many wonderful places to explore in
our country and the world. Below are some of my photographs of interesting places and things.
The sunset photo of a person playing a bagpipe was taken in Monterey, California. Because it is one of my favorite places, I selected it as my website header.
Life is shorter than you think, so take every opportunity to see and do something special.
Enjoy your life, and may your "trails" never end!
